Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the R&D team in creating new high voltage components (cable accessories) and improving existing products.
• Manage the complete product development process, from initial concept to final production, ensuring adherence to technical standards and meeting customer requirements.
• Work closely with sales, project management, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new products.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, technical standards, and regulatory guidelines to ensure both compliance and innovation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the exploration of new ideas and technologies.
• Formulate and implement R&D strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, presenting updates on projects, research outcomes, and strategic plans.

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Significant experience in designing high voltage products, particularly cable accessories.
• Demonstrated success in leading an R&D team within a global context.
• Deep understanding of industry standards and technical regulations for cable accessories.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proven ability to inspire and guide a team to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Fluency in german and english is mandatory.
