Your Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to team spirit.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to meet and exceed service targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to collaborate with others.
- Ability to handle problems effectively with a positive attitude.
- Open to relocating to Greece and embracing a new lifestyle.
