As part of our expansion process, we are looking for Business Development Managers specializing in Real State, with a broad network of contacts in the real estate market, including real estate agencies, investors, asset management companies, capital funds, and developers.

Their main goal will be to develop new destinations by signing management agreements with owners of entire buildings or developers working on projects that can be used as vacation rentals. This role requires strong negotiation skills, investment analysis, and strategic business development capabilities.

Available vacancies for the following locations: Lisbon, Madrid, Valencia, Rome, Venice, Florence, Paris.

Tareas
  • Identify and contact property owners, asset management companies, funds, and investors interested in exploiting entire buildings for vacation rentals.
  • Negotiate and close management agreements with high-level B2B clients to incorporate new assets into Stay Unique’s portfolio.
  • Analyze investment opportunities and project feasibility in target markets.
  • Build strategic relationships with real estate developers and promoters.
  • Assess market trends and local regulations to ensure sustainable and profitable operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of new assets.
  • Define and implement expansion strategies in new locations.
  • Evaluate the performance of acquired assets and optimize their profitability.
Requisitos
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate investment.
  • A strong network of contacts in the real estate sector (real estate agencies, investors, funds, asset managers, developers).
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with high-level B2B clients.
  • Knowledge in investment analysis and real estate project feasibility.
  • Experience in destination development and structuring agreements for tourism exploitation.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a goal- and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent professional communication skills.
