We have an excellent opportunity for a talented professional interested in making a difference in our Customer Center team in Giunti Psychometrics.

The role of Customer Care Specialist reporting to the Customer Center Manager will be based in Florence and will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals.

The professional we are looking for is self-driven and highly collaborative. She/he will have a crucial role in supporting our customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Front office activities:

Managing inbound email calls to provide customers with information about:

  • product features of clinical test
  • fruition of clinical test administration platforms
  • purchasing assistance on the e-commerce platform
  • collecting information on orders from the different functions
  • product features of clinical test

Back office activities:

  • Order management, customer contact through CRM
  • Managing actions to support commercial activities and internal training activities for colleagues in the sales network
  • Claims and Returns Management
  • High School Degree
  • Experience with customer relationship
  • Problem solving
  • Proactivity and initiative
  • Accountability and high sense of responsibility
  • Great planning and organizational skills
  • Teamworking and collaboration
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Good knowledge of English (B1)
  • Spanish knowledge will be a plus
