- Strong proficiency in modern payroll and office software (Office Suite, INAZ, Zucchetti, TeamSystem)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Full autonomy in managing the complete payroll cycle
- High attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
- Flexibility, proactiveness, and assertiveness in problem-solving
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Proficiency in English (good to independent level)
- High school diploma or equivalent qualifications

Competenze ed esperienza
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of solid experience in a similar role within professional firms or service companies.
