We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst IT HR for our Naples office, our primary service delivery hub.
He//she will have with a strongbackground in Human Resources processes and a keen interest in HR technology.
Ideally, he//she also has experience with Success Factors or a similar HR software platform.- Experience in highly complex companies and//or experience in the cruise world is an asset;
- Experience with the Success Factor platform and//or Learning and development platforms is an asset;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred;
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on HR processes;
- Ideally, experience with Success Factors or similar HR software platforms;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- HR Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and analyze their processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with HR teams to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of HR software solutions, with a focus on Success Factors or related platforms. Configure and customize systems to meet HR needs.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure the successful deployment of HR technology solutions.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR users on new system features and functionalities. Address user inquiries and issues promptly.
- Change Management: Support change management efforts related to HR technology implementations, ensuring a smooth transition for HR staff and end-users.
