Therapy Specialist TAVI, Emilia Romagna - Rimini

The incumbent will ensure that all technical inquiries from the field or internal sources are addressed promptly and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott.

Technical Activities:

• Provide customers with continuous updates on Abbott technology to deliver the highest value in therapeutic solutions.
• Offer technical support for implants and follow-ups.
• Build strong personal relationships with customers, providing adequate support for their scientific and technological needs.
• Act as the main interface to implement specific education, marketing, and clinical initiatives at the customer level.
• Liaise with agents and the Bid & Tender office during bid preparations, including technical specifications and support material.
• Support congress activities and ensure all Abbott standing procedures are followed.

Training & Education Activities:

• Develop local training activities, including the use of simulators.
• Serve as the link with implanters for educational activities.
• Establish partnerships with major medical associations to develop training programs for physicians and nurses.

Education & Competencies:

• Qualifications: Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in similar activities.
• Skills:
• Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
• Comprehensive understanding of cardiology and cardiac surgery, with an emphasis on transcatheter valve technology.
• Proficiency in applying theoretical principles and analytical and troubleshooting techniques.
