Corporate Financial Controller

Our client, a Multinational Group, is seeking motivated individuals with a solid background in controlling.

About the Role:

• Reporting to the local Finance Manager by supporting the monthly closings: P&L, cash forecast and accurate analyses;
• Partecipate in the year-end consolidation process with the support of the Group Consolidation team;
• Cooperate with auditors and external consultants;
• Work closely with the Group Controlling department and the local management to define and implement Manufacturing cost control and financial controlling reports for the factories;
• Serve as a business partner to the executive and operational teams for planning purposes and to ensure that operations remain on track to meet the target goals;
• Support the Sales team to identify and implement margin and processes improvement initiatives;
• Implement new finance/accounting/administrative IT tools with the support of the Group central teams and especially new ERP implementation;
• Implement Group best practices, internal controls, and tax planning to ensure accuracy of information and protection of company assets.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of external audit experience, ideally big 4, with preferably an addition of 2-3 years corporate finance experience in a product manufacturing company;
• Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting;
• Good experience with ERPs, SAP would be a plus;
• Good knowledge of Self Business Intelligence solutions. (Power Bi, Tableau SoZware)
• A great command of the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Passionate about IT topics
• Fluent English.
• A great sense of organization and priorities;
