Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform a vital role in contributing to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will make a positive impact on business operations by supporting and collaborating with the business. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the comprehensive Global Early Talent Program as per the plan.

This role is contributing to the Motion business in Sesto San Giovanni plant.
You will be mainly accountable for:- Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
- Contributing to multiple assignments with clearly defined Key Performance Indicators across various countries to broaden your experience and further develop intercultural skills.
- Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
- Participating in required formal training programs (e.g., Leadership Challenge Program, specific functional training) to develop personal, functional, and leadership skills.
- One nine-month assignment in your home country (Sesto plant) as an introduction to the business.
- One six-month assignment abroad to get an overview of ABB’s operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network.
- One nine-month assignment back to the home country/home business, where you will deepen your knowledge of the business and of your function.
During the program we will take the participants on a leadership competency development journey. The last rotation will also be the time where the participants start to look for their final position, to be started after the end of the program.

Qualifications for the role- You are a recent graduate (preferably Master’s level) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Previous experiences abroad would be considered a plus.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of M Office tools
- You are innovative around problem solving, teamworking and communication.
- You are at ease communicating in english and Italian knowledge would be considered a plus.
- You hold current work permit valid in Italy and Europe.
