ABOUT THE ROLE.
We are looking for an Internal sales/Sales Specialist in our PC, peripheral and infrastructural services business unit. The person will be focused and responsible for uninterruptible power supply services and products (gruppi di continuità) , providing, selling and negotiating product information, pricing, special offers and promotions and closing orders.
The person we are looking for is able to sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition and able to develop partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement
Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers, having conversations about our solutions, and identifying opportunities.
Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information.
Manage customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing".
Manage of end-to-end projects or hands over to presales for technical requirements
Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system and ensure active closure of opportunities.
Knowledge Skills and Experience- 5 years of experience in techincal/services sales
A knowledge of infrastructure products and services, or technical electricity products and services, or IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
Numerate with good attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills
Priority management and planning skills
Strive to achieve set targets
Understands Sales Process
Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
Fluent in Italian and English
