SPA Manager

Located in the heart of Tuscany, Borgo Santo Pietro is an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm including a healing herbal garden just outside the Spa. At our in-house state of the art lab we produce our own natural skincare luxury brand Seed to Skin Tuscany, a unique skincare range expertly formulated by combining natural ingredients with advanced molecular science to harness the true power of nature.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll not only excel in delivering exceptional treatments but also adeptly manage and inspire our spa team at our Seed to Skin Tuscany Flagship Spa at Borgo Santo Pietro.

The ideal candidate is able to perform excellent treatments, supervise staff and oversee our holistic spa facilities. This position is very much hands-on and requires performing a range of therapeutic and beauty treatments. Excellent managerial and people skills are essential.

• Perform a range of therapeutic and aesthetic treatments, including massage, hot stone therapy, luxury beauty facials and nail services.
• Supervision of a team of spa therapists and oversee the operational running of our holistic spa facilities.
• Organize schedules, training, reservations, retailing, and spa-related activities.
• Manage product orders and inventory control.
• Maintain the highest luxury standards while offering a comfortable ambience for our highly esteemed guests.
• Ensure that profitability is maximized by ongoing training, and optimization of scheduling team members in treatments, retail sales and effective Spa scheduling.
• Organises all wellness events and individual requests.

• A minimum of four years’ experience in a managerial position in a high-level spa.
• Therapist diploma and qualification required.
• Excellent command of English and fluency in Italian. Other languages spoken are a plus.
• Outstanding people and managerial skills.
