We are currently looking for a Teamlead Sales for the pharmatheutical segment, covering the region South Europe (e.g. Italy, Spain, Portugal). This role can be based in Europe, preferably in the Southern parts.
Key Tasks:
- Lead the Sales Team South Europe, inclusive personnel plannings, employee development issues.
- Responsible for budget creation, FC update, S&OP demand process, S&OE process, opportunity funnel maintenance.
- Sales Force Data Maintenance of the subordinate team.
- Manage relationship with existing customers to achieve annual sales objectives.
- Ensure highest customer intimacy, i.e. build up relationship with decision makers and understand decision making structures of our customers and prospects e.g. purchasing, manufacturing, technical departments, marketing (sustainability) and logistics.
- Responsible to sell the entire product range of Pharmaceutical Films to all of your accounts in the region
- Develop and implement sales plans for achieving sales objectives. Commercial responsibility for the segment in the sales area
- Develop product knowledge of all products to be able to provide technical assistance to customers in the selection, application of products and services Organize regular workshops at customers or kp location to ensure strong link and exchange of strategies, needs, running projects and focus of interest (involve e.g. Innovation, Technical Service, Marketing, Legal, Management)
- Be aware of, and responsive to market conditions, competitive pricing and strategy and analyzing competitor activity. Communicate such information to management to support strategic decisions.
- Keep control of our pricing and required price adjustments (supported by Pricing Team) to maximise margin at each account
- Ensure that any quality complaints are addressed to the relevant Quality Department and solutions reported back in a timely manner.
- Use of CRM system (e.g. sales reports, competitors information, project pipeline) in timely manner
- Extensive Business Travel.
You might be a match with commercial or technical studies/education with min. experience of 5 – 10 years in sales of highly sophisticated products, preferable in the packaging industries for pharma markets.

- Ability to work accurately in a fast pace environment
- Computer skills, MS Office, Salesforce, SFDC knowledge advantageous
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluent English skills both oral and written; other languages from the territory are advantageous, e.g. Italian, Spanish or Portuguese language skills. #LI-REMOTE
