Commis de Rang Part Time | Season 2025 | Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond Hotel

For the next season, we are looking for a Commis de Rang Part Time.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Fulfill the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures.
- Take care of the mise en place
- Support the Chef de Rang with service
- Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs
- Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally).
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations.
- Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions. Try and adopt new ways of doing things.
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player e Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback.
- Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
- Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
- Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
- Seasonal contract according to Italian law "C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi."
