Your responsibilities: Act as an internal consultant and sparring partner to the management team, with a focus on Marketing and the Medical Nutrition Business Unit (supporting our CMO and Director of Medical Nutrition) Develop and present internal and external reports, including standard monthly reports and ad hoc deviation analyses Provide financial support and guidance to the Marketing teams and Core project team during Business Case preparation Ensure the timely and accurate completion of Controlling processes Coordinate the planning and forecasting processes with a focus on Global Cost Management, including assisting Global Functions Managers with budget management and cost analysis Collaborate on improvement and automation projects; gather and develop proposals to enhance Controlling processes and tools Your profile: Degree in economics or business administration Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in controlling required Very good analytical skills Ability to work across different departments as well as building excellent relationships with the team, peers and executives Fluent in English and preferably in Italian and/or German Your benefits: An international, innovative and appreciative working environment Continuous personal and professional development in our Dr.
