The Digital Marketing & CRM manager is accountable for the digital strategy, performance of the online campaigns, the development of the digital assets and the CRM activities of the affiliate.
Main tasks include:
- Build digital and CRM strategy for ANI brands (both Retail and Reimbursed business)
- Launch, monitor and optimize the company Digital Advertising campaigns (e.g. Google and Social Media) through the support and coordination of Media Agency account
- Manage media budget with ROI mindset
- Track and analyse campaign performances to improve online advertising efficiency
- Support in identifying solutions and make recommendations to improve channel effectiveness
- Suggest and develop creative effective digital assets, liaising with the agencies as well as internal brand team
- Work closely with the commercial eCommerce key account, providing guidance on how to maximize ROAS and digital assets
- Build, develop and champion CRM strategy, ensuring buy-in from all business stakeholders
- Manage the relationships with media agencies
- Act in full coherence with the local law, Abbott policies and proactively respecting legal and OEC procedures
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience in Digital Roles within the FMCG or Pharma Industry (3-5 years)
- Previous experience in a media agency is considered a plus (experience with FMCG or Consumer Health business are preferable but not necessary)
- Deep knowledge of web design and web analytics software
- Experience with Google Campaign Manager and Meta Ads platform
- Experience in data analysis and reporting (confident in using Google Analytics)
- Google Ads certification (Search or Display) is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Amazon Advertising platform is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is considered a plus
- Analytical and data driven mindset with the ability to translate data into commercially actionable plans
- Excellent knowledge of Power Point and Excel
- Curious to understand the emerging technology and how it can contribute to our success
- High learning agility (mental, results, change and people agility as well as leadership ability)
- Strong skills in prioritization and execution
- Fluent in English
- Teamwork mindset
