Per prestigiosa realtà finale, siamo alla ricerca di un consulente funzionale Infor M3 in ambito Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation & Customization:

• End-to-end implementation of the Infor M3 ERP system, specifically the financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management).
• Design, configure, and customize ERP systems based on business needs, ensuring alignment with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Manage and collaborate with external ERP consultants.
• Oversee ERP upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Advisory:

• Provide expert advice on Infor’s ERP system functionalities, identifying best practices to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance Teams to map out business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Advise Finance Teams on financial workflows, internal controls, and regulatory compliance (GAAP, IFRS, SOX).

Project Management:

• Collaborate with the CTO and other internal stakeholders to manage ICT and business projects in the financial area.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of ERP projects.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Languages:

• Fluency in Italian and English (both speaking and writing). Additional European languages are a plus.

Experience:

• Alternatively, experience in a consultancy company or within an IT department with a similar function.
• Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., Infor, SAP, JDEdwards, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).

• Advanced knowledge of ERP system configurations for general ledger, financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, and asset management.

Hard Skills:

• Strong ability to analyze and understand business requirements and convert them into effective ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial processes and ERP functionality to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership & Project Management (optional):

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple ERP projects simultaneously.
