System Engineer - Requirements (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Gather and consolidate stakeholder requirements into a comprehensive system requirements document for charging infrastructure products Incorporate relevant standards and regulations into the system requirements to ensure compliance with industry norms and best practices Serve as the primary reference for requirements and standards in charging infrastructure projects within the R&D team Provide support and guidance for feasibility studies, ensuring alignment with system requirements Assist in defining test cases and planning of the validation processes to ensure compliance with system requirements Regularly review and update requirements documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the system architecture and project goals Maintain and manage project requirements within the corporate requirements management tool YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field of study Proven experience in requirements engineering, including working with standards and normative guidelines Familiarity with relevant industry standards and their integration into system requirements Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style with excellent analytical thinking skills A strong passion for staying updated on the latest advancements in EV charging technology Enthusiasm for teamwork, paired with strong communication and collaboration abilities Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits WHY ALPITRONIC Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
