Executive Assistant to the CEO

• Secreterial and personal assistant to the CEO
• Filtering CEO'S email
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and organize reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders.
• Office and general organization
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5-10 years) as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Exceptional written and oral communcation skills in both english and italian.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently
• Discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.

Salary Package: Expected salary ranges from €38.000 to €45.000, depending on experience.

Working hours: 8.00-13/14.00-17.00
