Your role and responsibilities
For TMC (Transport Management Center) organization, located in Dalmine, you will be responsible for internal and external performance reporting, KPIs analysis and improvement actions.Candidates for this role should possess strong analytical thinking skills as well as an affinity for creating and analyzing reports, trends and identifying improvement opportunities.
Ideal candidates have a good understanding of transport processes and related KPI structures as well as ability to build these reports and dashboards in Business Intelligence Environment.

You will be mainly accountable for:- Understanding and define together with the different teams and external stakeholders reporting requirements
- Working in collaboration with ABB T&L global team in the developments of new report and KPI
- Pulling data from different sources into BI database
- Verify correctness of data and reports
- Analyze KPI and identify improvement opportunities
- Triger and drive discussions on improvement opportunities with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications for the role- You have 1 – 2 years of experience in accounting, transport administration, or similar experience
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in using Microsoft Office software including MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word. You have experience in BI (Business Intelligence) tools or Databases developing KPI dashboards is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Operational transport management is an advantage.
- You are passionate about analytics, collaboration, problem solving and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, or supply chain management (or related field) from an accredited university/college
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
