Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, check-in, and check-out guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Handle payments and transactions following established procedures
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide service information
- Upsell rooms and services to increase hotel revenue
- Address guest complaints and implement service recovery to ensure satisfaction
- Perform other duties as needed by the Front Office Department
- 1+ year experience in a hotel or resort front office role
- Flexible availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English (additional languages preferred)
- Strong passion for hospitality and interpersonal communication skills
