Business Unit Manager (After Sales) - Advanced Air Filtration & Emissions Reduction technology

Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Unit Manager – After Sales to lead the commercial and operational strategy of the after-sales division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing after-sales activities, developing new business opportunities, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the commercial strategy for the growth of the After Sales business, developing distribution and communication channels, retaining existing clients, and acquiring new ones.
Manage operational activities, monitoring key performance indicators (revenue, margin, etc.) and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and profitability.

Manage personnel, assigning tasks based on skills, overseeing team activities, and handling recruitment and professional development through training programs.

Follow-up on orders and contracts, negotiating the best conditions with suppliers and partners, ensuring product compliance, and ensuring service quality.

Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and maintaining close coordination with other business units.

Your Profile
  • Degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Business unit manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role, preferably in After Sales department of EPC, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • A master’s degree in business management, such as an MBA, is preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability for short international business trips.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language will be considered a plus.
