About the Role
As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will be a driving force behind the automation and optimization of our infrastructure, ensuring seamless CI/CD processes, scalable architecture, and high availability. You will take the lead in building and maintaining the systems that empower ZURU Tech to continuously deliver cutting-edge solutions.Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you’ll influence key decisions, mentor peers, and tackle technical challenges across multiple platforms.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines with Git Lab and Unreal Engine that build, test and deploy our main BIM software.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Develop scripts in Bash, Python, and Go to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and deployment efficiency.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Linux, mac OS, and Windows environments, ensuring operational excellence across the stack.
- Work on a flat Dev Ops team formed by experts.

- 5+ years of experience in a Dev Ops role.
- Proven experience with Git Lab CI/CD, AWS, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Go.
- Deep knowledge of Linux systems and proficiency in mac OS and Windows shells.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
Variable Compensation: Annual Bonus & Career Development plan based on performance and achievement of KPIs/Results.
The role is Full-Time and Hybrid as Zuru Tech has an office first approach, relocation is preferred either in Milan or Modena (Italy).Preferred Italian Working Visa as we would like to fill the role as soon as possible.
What we offer:
- ️Flex Time: you can decide when to work from 6am to 10pm. We have a Core Time from 10:00 to 12:00 am in which presence is required (wfh/office), and the rest of the day is up to you!
