Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the proper design and implementation of signage serving the Olympic Transport Plan.
The Olympic Transport Plan covers an extensive road network, supplemented by a series of temporary hubs, including accredited parking areas, park-and-ride facilities for spectators, and depots for the overnight storage of car and bus fleets.Therefore, transport signage must be developed both along the roadways and in the designated operational areas.
The Host City Mobility Specialist – Signage will be responsible for integrating design aspects, consolidating requirements, and overseeing the implementation of the signage system.- Support in coordinating the signage project
- Managing relationships with local representatives and service operators
- Assisting with mapping and planning of traffic flows
- Developing site plans for sign placement, related graphics, and an index for each location or geographical area, based on predefined guidelines
- Updating project documentation throughout the different phases
- Overseeing suppliers from the mock-up phase through to installation
- Providing technical, graphic, and design training
- Strong aptitude for strategic design at an urban or infrastructure scale
- Proficiency in design tools, including AutoCAD and Adobe
- Experience in signage or temporary installations
- Knowledge of the transportation sector
- Fluent in both Italian and English
