HSE MANAGER
The EHS Manager will be responsible for the Plant (coatings production) with the following main duties: RSPP Responsibilities, process hazard review participation, maintenance of process safety information
Principali Attività
Lead the EHS function on the plant; Ensure site compliance with laws on safety, security, hygiene, health, environmental protection, fire prevention, air emissions, water discharge, and waste; Support management in promoting laws, corporate rules, and a culture of health, safety, and environmental protection; Identify and recommend improvements to safety systems and incident prevention to reduce injury risks; Plan and support training activities related to legal and corporate EHS requirements; Assist with the safe transport of dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG Code, IATA); Maintain relationships with external bodies (fire brigade, local authorities, health agencies, company doctor) regarding workplace health, safety, and environmental protection; Support audit activities (legal, corporate, insurance).
RequisitiFondamentali/Must have
RSPP Certification; Engineer with a chemical background or experience; Knowledge of laws and international norms related to Safety, Health, Environment, Security, Quality Assurance.
Preferenziali/Nice to have
Fluent in English; People management experience; Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills for engaging with staff and management.
