Grading Support (f/m/d)

Your tasks Organization and implementation of customer trainings regarding the functionalities and use of our MiCROTEC Solutions Commissioning and calibration of scanners and other equipments General customer support (online or on-site) with production set-up and rule settings to meet customer needs Quality control during production to monitor scanner performance Statistical analyses based on simulated offline productions and the preparation of reports Collaboration with other teams in various activities, i.e. Development of new detection systems or improvement of measuring systems Your profile Degree in Forestry and Environmental Sciences or Wood Technology or previous experience in the wood processing industry Knowledge of the supply chain and/or wood processing Analytical and reporting skills Good knowledge of English and knowledge of German or Spanish or Portuguese Independent and structured way of working, as well as special attention to customers' needs Team player with high problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Availability to travel worldwide Driving license B MiCROTEC – WORLD LEADING WOOD SCANNING SOLUTIONS MiCROTEC is the global technology and market leader in intelligent wood property recognition for optimizing the use in the wood processing industry and has been setting the standards in this market since 1980.
