To keep our operations network secure and assure operational continuity, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our External Fulfilment Network (EFN) team as Senior Program Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
In this key role, you will provide security services and asset protection (i.e., lives, buildings, equipment, data, and professional property) through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across the EMEA EFN environment.
Key job responsibilities- End-to-end own, build, maintain, and improve complex risk-based security programs and projects specific to the EMEA EFN Supply Chain to prevent theft and losses
- Develop risk-based as well as cost-effective security solutions and engage internal and external stakeholders to implement the security solutions
- Create security standards, programs, assessments, and procedures and collaborate with key regional stakeholders for their consistent implementation
- Ensure compliance to security standards and requirements, partner with stakeholders to implement effective audit programs to detect, prevent, and mitigate supply chain losses, and follow up on definition and implementation of corrective action plans
- Contribute to reducing business losses from security incidents by identifying and understanding vulnerabilities, MOs, and implementing appropriate protection measures
- A degree or degree equivalent (e.g., business, project management, criminal justice)
- Relevant advanced experience within retail, supply chain, compliance, or operations
- Relevant advanced experience delivering projects or programs at international scale
- Relevant advanced experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Upper intermediate proficiency in written and verbal English and Italian
- Relevant industry certification (e.g., CPP, TAPA, ISO, AEO, C-TPAT)
- Relevant advanced experience in multi-site/country environment managing security and loss prevention in logistics or transportation
- Relevant advanced experience with conducting physical security risk assessments
- Relevant advanced experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Ability to interact with all levels of leadership within the organization to drive consensus regarding new solutions, policies, and procedures
